  21. I'd guess neither, though it might be your serial port speed (make sure that 
  22. it's 'locked'... err, that AT&B1< I think).

  24. However, it looks to me like your ISP is blasting IP frames at you in stead of 
  25. prompting for a login.  It looks like it's _their_ end that's got a problem.
